Mr Bailey sits on a pedestal he falsely created for himself. If you need answers in a timely manner you will be met with a staff who insulates him. He won't return calls or emails. Then he will request an appointment at his palace and will bill you for time on the telephone with no accounting! He has little tax imagination and he cost me thousands . He won't correct his own mistakes and will require you to admit his errors (a cheap legal trick). Then if you tell him what you really think he will say you hurt his feelings! WOW!.
