I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with this place the people are so friendly and informative it is a great atmosphere and I’ve never had an issue getting to my stuff or getting in touch with them at any time! That’s a really good quality for a storage unit to have you want to know that your stuff is safe and that you can get to it when you need to. A+++++ would 100% recommend using this facility!!!
Very clean, friendly staff very good price for my unit. If you have homeowners or renters insurance you are covered by your own policy.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The units are clean and well maintained. I am so happy I chose to store my personal items with this company.
The place is clean and my space doesn't leak which is good. It's supposed to have a locked gate which wasn't working for weeks last summer, so it was just left open. My biggest problem though is that I signed a contract for the space at an agreed price, but 4 months in I got an email that said they were raising my rate. There was no explanation. I called to ask about it and the receptionist said they would look into it but they never called me back. I would consider moving to a different location if the cost to make the move wasn't so high for what I'm storing.
Always prompt, courteous and professional there at the Northbridge Office. Straight forward, clean and secure facility!
