We chose to use Lane & Hamer as our attorney when purchasing our first home. Shayne was of excellent value with helping us through the process. The home we wanted to buy was for sale by owner and we chose not to use an agent ourselves to help minimize any additional expenses. This meant writing up our own offer and documents and kind of figuring out the process on our own. Luckily with Shayne available this was not an issue. He had excellent suggestions on how to structure everything to help protect ourselves on the legal side, and even good advice for less serious issues the came up during negotiations. He was always quick to respond and attended closing with us for any additional questions we may have had with the mountain of paperwork required to sign. Overall I would highly recommend Lane & Hamer for your attorney.
