Attorney Melissa Lanouette helped me succeed in being approved for Social Security Disability benefits after many denials. I had been trying on and off for 8 years to get approved. Additionally, I had also applied for and been denied Federal Employee Disability Retirement benefits. Finding an Attorney who would handle both cases simultaneously was difficult. Attorney Lanouette agreed to take my cases after many others had declined. She was knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and easy to talk to. Not only did she handle these things and win my Social Security Disability case but she did so in the middle of the pandemic. While I have not yet received the status of the most recent appeal she filed on my behalf for Federal Employee Disability, I trust that she will help me see it through until all appeals have been exhausted. Attorney Lanouette is a great lawyer who does great work for her clients as well as her community and I would highly recommend her.
