Great people. Great vegan products too. They mostly close at 7pm now due to Covid so I suggest you call ahead to make sure they're still open if you want to shop after 5pm. They do the best they can for you to still shop safely.

They sell products for him on sale. Store is at maximum capacity. Most men and boys like to shop at Lush. Adjacent to Losoon Park that sells Korean foods.

The manager in the Braintree location (sorry if there’s multiple I’m blanking on her name) is incredible.nnI used to be a frequent flier, and my personality is rather strong so I’m easy to get to know. I found myself getting to know the staff chatting with them about product over time.nnHowever, i stopped coming to lush pre pandemic. Ima. Type 1 diabetic, and even if the mall was open i didn’t go much of anywhere besides work.nnIt had been maybe, a year? Since i had stopped in, but somehow the manager recognized me under a mask.nnIt really made me feel special. I was just returning pots this day, and i totally forgot to clean them. God forgive me; they were like... not ok, and gross. I totally didn’t realize, but she assured me that it was ok and it happens. Asked me what my skin was feeling like, and she grabbed me 3 fresh masks to cater to my needs completely. Didn’t make me feel pressure to buy, but i literally felt guilt for not because she’s such an angel. You can feel it just being in her presence before she even opens her mouth.nnLush, you need to keep this woman around. I don’t know her, can’t even remember her name, but she needs some kind of cool position in corporate where she gets paid to be awesome.nnThanks,nnYou’re cool AF.

I love their natural products. I've using their products for years. I especially love the stuff they have for my hair. Their soaps ain't bad either.
