I recently came in on a busy weekend afternoon and was promptly taken care of by Jacob and his staff. He discussed their step by step process during my visit and made sure I received the best deal for what I needed. Will definitely come back for my regular oil changes.
I called last minute on a Saturday to see about getting my car in to be checked out. Jacob and his team were awesome in getting me in to the bay, checking over my car and then promptly letting me know what was wrong and how long it would take to be fixed. As I waited, I watched several people come in and out of the office, each person was met with a friendly greeting and attention to whatever they may have needed. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I often feel like I get talked down to like I’m an idiot, but with Jacob, the GM, he explained everything to me to where I was comfortable and felt knowledgeable about what was going on!
Jacob was awesome and very professional. I was quoted $90 for a fuel filter change but was only charged $50 when the work took less time than expected. Car is running much better and purring like a kitten! Will definitely be back!
Very friendly associates! I had a bad impression of Jiffy Lube after using the one on Lane Allen in Lexington, I thought I would give this store a shot since they had just opened, and I am not disappointed. I will definitely be going back. Chris and Jacob were the two that I dealt with and they were excellent!!
Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and explained my options thoroughly. The shop was clean ud83dude4c and they didn't make me like i was asking any silly questions.
