I’ve been a member for over two and a half years now and I could not be happier. Every one of the coaches here are friendly, professional and extremely dedicated to your safety and well being. The gym is always immaculately clean with enough room and equipment for everyone in every class. The owners are some of the nicest people you will meet, who are very community minded and have you best interests at heart. If you are busy or sick and haven’t been there for a couple of weeks, they actually reach out to check on you. They treat everyone at the gym like family and regularly organize community events for us to cone together.nI hadn’t worked out in the previous 10 years before joining. The coaches were always patient and made sure I was safe during the workouts. Thanks to their coaching and nutrition advice I easily lost 35lbs (& some chronic pain) and am now in the best shape of my life.nI hope they continue to provide this community with their services for many years to come.
Come for a good workout, stay for the friends you'll make here! Always a positive experience: great music, coaches that have your back, and a fun community with people of all types! Can't recommend enough :)
One of the best gyms with the most amazing coaches. You can get a great workout no matter what level of fitness you are at. All workouts can be modified to fit your needs.
