I have never had a better instructor in any area in my life. Yoga is so much more then just stretching. Teresa is so knowledgeable in what she does and truly cares. Yoga and mindfulness has truly helped me in so many ways.
Ashtanga Yoga Lewiston is welcoming, and it is a charming space in which to practice. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. They thoughtfully meet the needs of each student, whether a regular or a drop-in. Ashtanga Yoga Lewiston is a nurturing place to learn yoga and to deepen your practice.
I have so enjoyed learning about Ashtanga from top-notch instructors sharing their love for yoga. Even though I am a beginner, I have always felt graciously received and supported. The Chala is a charming studio with lots of ambiance - high ceilings, wood floors, and lots of natural light from the big windows on the second story. I like that they use eco, earth friendly cleaning solutions and essential oils.
I have been taking classes for almost 10 years and I love it ! All the teachers are great and very knowledgeable !
