Mr. Spaulding is the Man!!!!!!. He works hard,vey quickly and is up front about the possible outcomes. It was a little wait due to the whole Covid-19 pandemic but he told me to remain patient and I felt like I was in good hands. He successfully had my charges dismissed. I was truly innocent and terrified for my future. I would definitely recommend Mr. Spaulding to anyone needing a criminal attorney. Again, he’s the man!!!!

I cannot praise Mr. Spaulding enough. He works quickly, responsive to my emails, and transparent about the possible outcomes. Although my legal situation was a mess, I felt I was in good hands from the first time I spoke with Mr. Spaulding. He successfully had my charges dismissed. I recently retained Mr. Spaulding for a Incident I was involved in. I was very worried, and I did not know what to expect before my 1st hearing. Mr. Spaulding made me feel alot more informed and less on edge throughout the process.nnMr. Spaulding let me know every detail that was going on in my case as it was unfolding, he told me what my options were and informed me of all the laws, and info I needed so that I could make the best possible decision for myself in my case.nnMr. Spaulding is a very knowledgeable attorney who puts alot of time and effort into his clients, and I highly recommend!!

Franklin Spaulding stands out from the crowd. I had to retain Franklin's services recently for two criminal charges I was facing. I had tried to retain the services of another lawyer in town and was left with a bitter taste in my mouth after the treatment I received, 4 days and $1,000 later and I still had not spoken directly to my lawyer. Immediately upon meeting Mr Spaulding I felt I was in good hands. He was upfront, direct, honest, and though I was very stressed at the time he gave me a sense of relief. I may not have known what the outcome of my case would be but I was confident I was in good hands and had a genuinely good person in my corner. Franklin was quick to respond to my texts, he emphasized that the decisions were mine to make but always gave his opinion, this made me feel like I had taken some control from a situation that had me feeling helpless. My case was dismissed shortly after retaining Mr Spaulding's services, though this may not always be the case he returned 90% of the retainer I gave him and only charged me for the time he had put in, he would have been well within his rights to keep it all. In a sea of criminal defense attorneys, some less than honorable, I would highly recommend Franklin Spaulding as a top notch lawyer and genuinely good person with a strong moral compass.
