Was apprehensive about contacting an attorney regarding an uninsured motor vehicle situation where insurance company did not want to compensate. Highly recommended! Gave me great advice. Told me to call multiple more times if necessary. And get this - no charge. Opened my mind to what attorneys can be! felt like a friend that quick - definitely someone you want on your side. very quick to respond.

Ward Merdes himself as well as his staff at Merdes Law Office are all extremely helpful and responsive. I was in a total-loss car wreck and needed help navigating my insurance, and Ward Merdes was able to talk to me over the phone and offer a ton of helpful advice.

My daughter was in an ATV accident. I contacted Merdes Law office and they immediately listened to me and treated me respect. Everyone there was very helpful and helped my daughter and I. I would recommend these guys to anyone that had a problem like we had. Very professional law office. They make you feel like family. These people are there for you when you need them.
