We work with Star regularly. Chris is friendly and efficient and just overall great at her job. Their customer service is on point. They always find a way to work with us even on short notice. Very well run company. Would highly recommend.
According to them they are too busy with contract work and no longer do residential.
Had a electrical issue with a GFCI tripping on a day that I had to go out of town. Aaron was able to get Mike out within an hour on a Friday no less. GFCI was working as advertised....Mike found a nicked wire in an outlet on the circuit and had it fixed in less than an hour and a half. Definitely my first call when I need electrician in the future! Friendly, prompt, and thorough.
