Kevin Moseley serviced our furnace and air conditioner, very professional ,knowledgeable and thorough. Took time to answer all my questions. We have dealt with Mike's for many years and have always had excellent service. With Kevin being a veteran there is one thing I forgot to do and that was thanking Kevin for his service to our country. So thanks Kevin

John and Nick were very nice. Cleaned my ducts and vents. They also found my coil was 3/4 clogged, which they fixed. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Jim is also great. He found that my AC had problems originally, and that my circuit board panel needed replacement. He also suggested that duct and vent cleaning be done. Glad he did. Great company!

I would like to thank Jeff, Dan and Brian for their professionalism, quality work, kindness and understanding with my animals. They we're all very courteous and punctual when installing a central air system in my home. They also answered all of my questions and never made me feel bad for asking so many. I would definitely recommend Mike's to anyone. They impressed me more with this one experience than other companies I have dealt with in the past.

I’ve had several interactions with the folks at Mike’s over the past month. First of all, Matt came to figure out why my A/C was not working properly. He thought it might be the thermostat, but did not pressure me into having him install a new one. He graciously checked out the A/C unit and the level of “product.” I agreed to have Keith come and inspect my equipment and he gave me a bid. After I’d accepted the bid I had second thoughts and told him I felt I needed a second opinion. He did not try to talk me out of it, but said, “when you get another bid I’d be happy to go over it with you just to make sure you are comparing apples to apples.” He walked me through all the aspects of the new equipment and I felt comfortable having Mike’s install a new furnace and A/C unit. Dan and Don came early in the morning on the warmest day of the year and those two worked all day, along with other men and installed everything in one day. They respected my space and left no trace of having been here. Last week John came to clean out my ductwork and actually installed a mesh screen over the whole in the floor – an added service I did not expect. Today another technician Brandon arrived to patch a whole in the cold air return. I feel like the grandma of all these nice young men, they’ve taken good care of me and my home. I’m a really happy customer.

Two young men Jase and Jeff helped us today to a better quality of life. They were prompt, efficient, listened well and were eager to please. Their work was of the highest quality. I would recommend these two and of course their super Russ for any Job, any time, with any of my friends.
