They came the same day I called and restored our power. Took less than a half hour for him to pin point the problem and fix. Friendly and very knowledgeable.
Had a new CAT6 line installed directly from House box to office for Cable Modem (DSL) Husband had to call me home cause they could not get the circuit up (as I'm a former technician). It came up after pairs were crossed. but had to call Cable Company that night cause it would not stream and poor quality circuit. Found that when the connection was made on the House Box, the sheath was wrapped on the line with the bare wire causing it to make a loose connection.
Never called me back. I guess they don't want my business.
I was having issues with older house I just moved into and Ron Flerchinger went above and beyond. very honest and nice guy!
