Grind365 is absolutely top notch and the best gym I have ever tried! Our whole family loves challenging each other on and off the floor. It encompasses a nurturing and safe place to let it all out on the floor in 45 minutes while encompassing drive and competitiveness. Members don’t just pass each other by.. they are life long friends and family. You will not be disappointed!!
The day I walked into Grind365 I was really heavy and very unhealthy. I knew I needed a change it’s just at that point I didn’t know what. Grind365 has helped me not only lose weight and get fit but also I have learned more than I’ve ever wanted to know about the food that goes into my mouth. This place isn’t just a gym. In fact it’s really not what you think of as a gym. It’s a true whole body transformation facility. Their goal is to help you become the best you. What have you got to lose. Come give it a try. First week is free but I’m telling be prepared to sign up because you’ll love it.
Grind365 has changed my life. The hardest decision was to walk through the doors for the 1st time, but I did and I have never looked back. This gym is like no other, it is a family.
