P & M RV Repair

I own Advanced RV Mobile Service, a mobile rv repair business in the same area as P&M. I have worked on a few of their customers RV’s during the busy time of the season when they were booked out. After seeing the craftsmanship of the work they do, I can understand why they have so many good reviews. Everything I have seen from them has been top notch and I would feel very comfortable having them work on any of my customers RV’s.

I’m so thankful for Mike!!! I by accident called another rv repair company in October thinking it was P&M because my rv furnace wouldn’t cycle on by it’s self when the thermostat dropped. They came out and after 50 days of them working on it my furnace developed a new issue where the pilot would light and then go out over and over again.... I was told it was caused by my lines being contaminated with oil. They got it to barely work. I decided not to touch it due to it being winter and 10 degrees at night.nnFast forward it’s February and my furnace decided to not work again!! This time I called P&M mike came out within two days. It took him maybe 2 hours to change out my sail switch which the other rv company replaced and fix my exhaust the other company bent out of shape and my furnace has been working without any problems.nnDo yourself a favor and call P&M for your rv repairs I can’t recommend them enough

Called them on the weekend. Left voicemail. Tried to describe my problem, which was difficult because I didn't know the terminology. My problem was when I deployed my slideout, the awning roller seized and the mounting hardware on one end broke, with that end of the roller ending up laying on the RV roof. The other mounting bracket was twisted. They left me a voicemail saying they would be happy to replace my awning fabric, but they are two weeks out. I decided I didn't want to conduct business via voicemail with it's included delays, so I contacted one of their competitors. I'm adding this later. After I received the voicemail, I called, during working hours and got ..... a voicemail. At that point I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Our first time with this RV service. Can only give 5* based on his great customer service. Parts replaced on aging RV were shown. Took two extra days for parts to be ordered in. Future maintenance discussed and awning replacement is next years job with P&M. Many thanks.
