Walmart Auto Care Centers

We got really superb service. I made an appointment, we arrived early and were able to get in quickly and didn't have a long wait. I shopped for things I needed, (and didn't) lol. The auto center has really great employees! Thanks for getting it done so fast!

Really helpful staff! Helped identify the correct oil and filter for my BMW! They went out of their way to make sure everything was what I needed and helped me check out quick and easy! Didn’t even have to deal with the normal Walmart clientele because I got to pull around back! Saved more than a couple bucks by shopping here rather than one of the other Auto places around town! 10/10 will be back and will recommend!!

I really hate writing bad reviews, especially for place like this where you know you are losing some quality for a cheaper price. But you couldn’t pay me to go back here for an oil change. 2.5 hours is far too long to wait for a simple auto service. Additionally, I was charged for windshield wipers without being consulted. It took 10 minutes for them to fix my bill when I called it to their attention. I never received a phone call that my car was done being worked on. Worst of all, my hood was never properly closed and when I left and drove it on the freeway, the hood popped up. I already felt frustrated, but something like that is very unsafe and scary. The maintenance required light was never reset. Even for a budget oil change, the service was extremely slow and left me feeling concerned about the work on my vehicle. Customer service was very poor.

Came in close to closing time and originally was told that they couldn't fit me in. I explained that I had called earlier and asked to speak to a manager. Greg the service manager decided to squeeze me in after explaining to him my urgency to get my tires changed since I was riding on a donut. He personally changed the tires to make sure he got it done for me. I can't thank him enough. Walmart needs more employees like Greg. He was exceptional and will be my reason for returning. Thank you Greg!

Open on a holiday (new years day) quick oil change they reset the kil change counter and it was cheaper than me buying the oil and filter and doing the work.
