This place is great. We recently got new tires on our SUV and wanted to get a quality alignment. After researching places in the Valley and reading reviews, we came across AutoCraft. WOW! Very impressed with the service and the detail that was provided regarding our recent alignment. Chuck is amazing to work with. He was very thorough and provided excellent customer service. The business is very clean and you can tell they take pride on staying organized. Pricing is fair, too! Highly recommend.

I always take my Prius to AutoCraft, I trust them to offer up to date technology for my hybrid car. It's been comforting to see friendly faces over the last 8 years who know me and my car. I've dropped in to have the code reader plugged into my car in the parking lot, to have my key fob battery changed and called them numerous times for advice when I've got anything weird going on with my car. I trust them completely and I feel safer having them available for my questions.nThe waiting area is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and they've offered me a loaner car when needed. I've never had such trust in an auto repair business. You won't go wrong using AutoCraft for your auto repair needs.

I have used Autocraft for quite a few years now and have all ways been very happy with the service that they provide. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This time was no different. Dropped my car off on Thursday, problem diagnosed quickly and found out the parts would be there on Monday or Tuesday, so told them to just keep it until then. So over the weekend my wife and I both end up being diagnosed with COVID. The repairs are finished and they call and let me know. I tell them of our problem and they suggest that they could just deliver it to our house. I agreed and within 30 minutes it’s sitting out front. Going above and beyond is one of the reasons they will be my mechanics for life. Thanks again so very much as you made a bad situation better for us. SS
