Excellent. everyone in this place are really helpful. They went way out of their way to assist me with my motorcycle endorsements and seemed to have a genuine interest in making the sport safer by way of teaching and it shows me that this owner seeks out and hires people who are passionate about not only Harley Davidson as a brand but more importantly the critical aspect of safety. I watched several people buy new motorcycles yesterday and every salesperson spent several hours with their customers educating them about their new motorcycles. This experience has been excellent. I enjoyed my time here. Huge selection of Harley parts, clothing, helmets, etc. Its a wonderland of everything Harley Davidson'. You really need 2 or 3 days to take in everything this place offers. Great customer service throughout the entire dealership! They stayed after closing time to get me the best deal and didn't rush us to get out.nMy experience would of been 5 stars but for one issue...nThe gas sensor didn't work on a brand new bike, but they were apologetic and assured me that it'll get fixed as soon as the part comes in.nnAll in all we had a great experience and would definitely recommend buying your next Harley from Lone Wolf Harley Davidson.

Excellent bike inventory. Storage and service is good. This is an excellent dealership. I got two bikes from Lone Wolf. They treat you right. Thanks for the professional and courteous service. Walked into Indian across the highway and got nothing but ignored, so decided to conduct a comparison on the spot. Went right to Lone Wolf, and was greeted with a smile at the door. Every time I go there the staff is friendly and helpful. Keep it up. You provide a great example of what customer service should be.

My brother Paul and I just completed the beginner and intermediate class for our endorsements. We had great help getting signed up for the class by Tom. Our online class instructor Dave knew his stuff and was patient with us. Our motorcycle instructor, Debbie, was fantastic, I cant say enough good things about her. I was a never ever and she brought me up to speed in the class from total newbie to road warrior level. Passed the endorsement. Not only was the instruction great but we both had a great time riding the Harley 500s. Highly recommend the class and thanks again!
