I have a 2021 Peterbilt 567. I had a defect on the air leveler. I stopped in at 7a.m. without an appointment and even though there shop was full, they took a tech away from another job he was working on to fix my truck. There customer service is top notch and within an hour I was back on the road. This type of service just doesn't happen these days! Every employee I spoke with was super nice and very helpful!
I am a company driver. My model 579 truck has spent lots of time in lots of shops. I'm obviously not a Peterbilt fan. However, this is the best repair shop experience that I have ever had. The people are truly friendly. They squeezed in my truck and got me taken care of in 1 day. While I waited, I got my laundry done in their free to use machines. I got a shower in their clean and private restroom / shower room. I watched some satellite TV in their clean and comfortable lounge area. I walked down the street for a bite to eat. When I got back, they were backing the truck out of the shop. I was dreading today before I got to the dealership. There is no need for dread when dealing with this shop. A++

Their field technician Chris is most outstanding; is very helpful and takes pride in his work. I can whole heartily recommend. We were stuck in Coeur d'Alene with an RV that wouldn't run and he bent over backwards to get us along our way as quickly as possible.
