Harris Ford Service

I'm not sure if the service department belongs to the same department as the sales, thus rating the service only.nI moved from TX to WA some months ago, my Focus was auto transported here and no damage made. Came to Harris Ford Service for 2 goals. Oil change and to check my clicking sound of the AC. Service process went well (it's actually a tiny department, while I'm comparing with TX, then no complains), they called Lyft for me round-trip.nTime to talk about the results. They verified the AC clicking sound was the actuator (very likely as YouTube says the same after viewing 4-5 clips) and said it's roughly 600+ to fix it. K, not in a hurry, I said I will think about it and might come back.nFound the glove box side board on the pilot seat, not installed back.(I came back and called for help, they put it back) Found oil change meter not reset. (I didn't verify if the oil is fresh new, I still trust their service, only won't go)nUmm, I think 2 star is a good call for this service, agree?
