The Clothes Line

I went in a couple weeks ago and had $25 on my account. The lady working was incompetent and couldn’t work the computer system and kept saying “this has never happened before and I’ve worked here a long time.” I waited there for 15 minutes while her and her boss were texting trying to figure it out (Maybe a phone call would have been faster, if you have someone waiting?). She asked if I wanted to stay while they figured it out or come back later. As I had someone driving me and waiting in the car, I told her I could come back a different time and hope they had it figured out. I asked her if it would be the same amount and if she could throw away the cash out paper I signed, since I didn’t get the money on my account. She said “everything would be fine” and I watched her throw anyway the paper.nnI went back today to get the money on my account and it was $16. I understand that the longer you wait the amount of money depreciates - but considering that before it was THEIR ERROR that was preventing them from giving me my money - I figured It would at least be the $25 that was there before. When I asked the lady about it today, the same lady that I spent 20 min with a couple weeks before while she texted her boss, she had a deer in headlights look and said to me “I have no idea.” Didn’t take the time to look into it or text her boss like before. I’m assuming it was because she had a friend in the store and was bothered she had to actually work for five minutes.nnIt’s not so much about the $8 I lost. It’s more about the lack of customer service and that they took advantage of a system error to make money off their customers. I hope they can use this situation in the future to improve on, well, everything.

Nice consignment shop. Lots of purses and shoes. Huge selection of jeans. They have scrubs too!

Holy cow second hand cloths priced higher the brand new department stores and girl behind the counter was more interested in her phone then customer service. Wish I could give negative stars
