My friend works the counter and is top of the line customer service
Ridiculously disorganized in the warehouse!! I get sheets that I never ordered, incorrectly sized sheets, and sometimes items that are greatly needed are completely omitted from the order. I am in charge of 9 cabins at my job, all of which are stocked with linens from blue ribbon, and all depend on the competency and consistency of the people putting the orders together. It's extremely frustrating that my job is so affected by people who can't do theirs.
I was looking and looking for someplace to have some large comforters washed, and finally found Blue Ribbon. We drove all the way into Lewiston just to take those and all of our sleeping bags washed. Super friendly people. I think the prices are kind of high, but then it's been a long time since I took anything to a laundry.nnTurns out they have pick up points in towns closer to us! So, we can drop it off much closer and pick it up there when it's done. So glad to know that. I don't have much that I would take to the laundry but it's sure nice to have it available.
If you can use anyone else, do it. Seriously. Don't get me wrong, some people are very happy with their service. You just have to decide whether or not you're feeling lucky. If you are feeling lucky, I still suggest you have a backup plan for when they lose your property or bring you the wrong items and then tell you there's nothing they can do to help, but thanks for your business. Over and over and over.
