I wish I could give them zero stars. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a barista in my life.nI ordered two coffees and they charged me for THREE because I asked for a little cup of whip cream for my daughter. When I questioned her about the extra charge she told me to “get over it and that I was holding up her line.” Never will return. I’ve been in the customer service business for over 20 years and would never talk to a customer like that no matter how many questions they had. Extremely unprofessional.

I have only been to their Aberdeen location, but the coffee if good and the customer service is excellent.
