Ordered for a Christmas gift in early November but received an email saying that my product wouldn’t be shipped before Christmas. When my order finally did arrive in mid-January, there was a hand-written apology for the delay and free bonus products included! Class act customer service! Well done!
I ordered some KS90 Gen II boots. They came really fast, and great customer service. The only downside, was that the boot was a little more worn, then what the website stated. Otherwise, very happy :)
