This location needs to get their business in order big time. We pull into a drive up spot only to be told they are not taking orders at the drive up spots. We look around, not a single sign communicating this. Whatever.nnGo to order through the drive-thru only to be told after attempting to order popcorn chicken that they are completely out of popcorn chicken. Seriously? Again, no sign communicating this, so didn't have a backup order ready. Could have just save a lot of headache with a couple dollars in printed materials like every other restaurant somehow manages to do.

Delicious food! Speedy service. The long looked long when we got there, but it went quick! They're on the ball and are very nice and friendly!

Every time I've been to any sonic in the last past 5 months they are always out of onion rings. Not that hard guys!! Will not be back to any Sonic ever again cause this is stupid. Can only imagine how much business you are loosing over such an easy fix.

This Sonic needs a new trainer! I have worked at Sonic at a different location and I can tell you that if I was as slow as this location, I would have been fired. Also, when you order any drink with cherry flavor you’re supposed to get a real cherry tucked by the stem under your lid...this one doesn’t do it.

over 15 minutes for one milkshake at the drive through...they served the person behind me after trying to give me their order and said oh sorry we must not have rung your order in....then charged my card wrong for over $15 (which is now 3 days later and I'm still waiting for the refund) and didnt even tell me until they handed me 3 receipts which now my account has been charged over $21.00 for a milkshake that took over 15 min to get. I have been told by management that both charges are being refunded however the money has been taken from my account and no sign of a refund yet and now I'm being told 7 business days for the refund for something that is their fault...no offer to fix it or even return cash instead....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HORRIBLE STAFF
