“New Haven” style right here in Portland. I ordered expecting a pie very similar to Pepe’s on the east coast.nThe pies are almost $30 and they default you to 15% gratuity when ordering a pizza for pick up, so I expected a exceptional product and experience.nnService- 1/5 Checked in at take out window and told order wasn’t ready yet. Waited for 10 minutes and they confirmed my name on the order. After 20 more minutes I check back in and they say my order is just ready. They handed me two pizzas that had been sitting on their counter for 15 minutes. Very rough experience.nPizza-nToppings 5/5. Topping flavors were amazing. The fennel sausage and peppers on The Father were extremely well made and high quality. Cheeses were top quality too and added great flavor with their balance. There was too much olive oil on the Cacio e Pepe though and made eating it messier than hot wings.nCrust 1/5 This was the real let down. I would forget the service issue if the crust crushed it, but the crust was just bad all around. Crust was thick and extremely chewy and leathery. I couldn’t eat more than two slices with crust it was so hard to chew. Trying to hold a slice resulted in full flop because dough was very undercooked beneath toppings too. Oven heat issues possibly.nnWill I try it again? Surprisingly yes. The crust was bad and at $28 for a pie that dough shouldn’t get by. The toppings were absolutely phenomenal though, and for that reason I do plan to give it another chance.

Wow! The staff was so friendly...something that doesn't always happen in the Portland food scene. They were grateful for their customers and the owner himself came outside to chat. Also, the pizza was delicious ud83dude0b we got a slices but will definitely be going back for a while pie

Friendly staff. Pies are fine. Toppings absolutely delicious, but I think I'm just not a fan of New Haven style.nnCrust lacked flavor, and was burnt (not charred, but really burnt and overcooked) on half the pizza. If this is your vibe, you'll probably like it. I'll stick to Neapolitan or Detroit style.

We tried the margarita, wild mushroom and cacio pepe. All three were very good. Love the crisp, the taste, flavors and overall the finished product. Perhaps a bit pricey but still great stuff.

Really delicious and creative pizza spot...we had the Hail Mary, mushroom, and margherita pies, which were flavorful and loaded with toppings and cheese. Recommend this for a go-to pizza fix.
