Awesome experience with this place!! Justin gave me a no haggle price that couldn’t be beat anywhere I could find and the parts department found a coupon from Polaris that saved me $50! I didn’t even know about the coupon... Justin even gave me my new favorite hat!!

11/24/20 updatennPretty terrible service department. Dropped off a mower for warranty work last year and they had it over 3 months. Same problem this year and brought it back but they couldn't get the problem to happen. Made claims of looking for it many times over a months time but couldn't find any issues. I went to pick it up and the mower was right where I dropped it off with a seat full of water (hadn't rai ed in 10 days or more). Went to start it to show them the issue and the battery was completely dead. It obviously hadn't been ran for most of the month it sat there. The service manager told me they took the machine apart looking but that was a very blatent lie as none of the bolts had been touched and the dry summer grass was still on top of all the bolts and all over the area under the seat where they would have needed to open it up. Very dissatisfied at the lack of effort but the lies are unacceptable. Will not see me or my family back there ever again.nnGot a call from Patrick (who I see listed in some other reviews below). He is looking into the issue and wanted to get some info from me. Time will tell. He said he'd be looking at their video system.nnBeen a couple weeks and haven't heard anything. I guess they don't want to deal with the issue. I keep seeing positive reviews here about their sales department. They must be good on sales but I can promise you the same can't be said for their service department. While a brand new machine is sweet, after a few years it will need service for something and you won't like what you find here especially with management being okay with the status quo.

Tyler was very quick and efficient with ordering the battery and winch I needed. Set the clear expectation of the arrival date as well. Very nice and professional service. Would highly recommend.
