College 'M'

Nice views, long switchbacks or straight up the hill. Amazed at all the people running up and down the trails.

Nice hike and views, but not worth a one hour climb for only 2 bars signal.nnBTW, the bike path from town to the trail head is completely car free and lovely. Also goes past Story Mill and other interesting stuff. Highly recommended way to get out there.

Great hike with not a bad view. Doesn't beat the real 'M' trail. (UM) Go Griz

* unfortunately closed due to wildfire* awesome super convenient trail head which offers three routes; easy to (proceed with caution) more difficult steep straight up approach. Great energy with a priceless view of the changing Gallatin valley. Also neighboring : fish hatchery and Drinking Horse trail head.** May contain wildlife. A little over crowded but a great way to get some movement in. It's nice when people clean up after their doggies.
