I made a reservation to rent a parking spot for RV on the first if the month and was provided my payment information. I was told I would receive the information to access the facility beforehand. I called before hand and now the date has passed by so have been calling for three days and is now two days past my reservation abd I have not received a phone call back.nI find it extremely unprofessional for a business to make an agreement to rent out a spot then fail to keep their work on providing the information on time and not return phone calls / web communications for multiple days.nnUpdate after posting from Boateln1) I find it odd that you send me insulting emails claiming that you have no responsibility to answer the phone for three weeks or respond to emails then say that I should accept your apology. How can I accept your apology when you have not apologized. Do you believe that you did anything wrong and are you sorry or do you think it was appropriate?n2) You maintain that everything was done online but I entered a waiting list online then you called me to make the reservation. When I made the reservation you said I would receive an email before Nov 1 with the code. You sent me the code on Nov 18. Your response is a flat out lie that I received the email with the code before my reservation. Can you provide any evidence that this email was sent?n3) You run a storage business and said below that you go three weeks without listening to voicemail messages or reading emails? That is the policy and the level of service that you believe all of your customers should accept. If there is an emergency situation related to their storage facility and you take money from them you think you can just blow them off for three weeks and that is professional?n4) We obviously have different views on integrity. I believe that when you call someone over the phone to book a reservation that you are not purely an online business. I believe when you say someone that is moving will be sent a code prior to Nov 1 and you do not send it until Nov 18 that you have failed at customer service. I believe that saying its the customers fault for not logging into the website when the information was not on the website because you did not email it is insulting. I most certainly don't believe that saying that is an apology. I believe running a business where people have emergency needs and not answering the phone or listening to voicemails or emails for three weeks is not professional. If anyone chooses to be your customer, it is good that you have made it clear you are someone who will not do what you say, then insult the customer and say it is their fault even though you clearly are wrong, you will take three weeks to respond to urgent requests and think people are rude if they expect better service, and then have the nerve to say someone should accept an apology when you have not apologized. It is baffling that someone could be so ignorant to think that their actions are appropriate. If people want to do business with someone with no common sense, integrity, or respect for their customers they should choose Boatel. Otherwise, they should find another company that is professional.
