Their rental process is clear and the location is quiet and safe and very clean. Not much for the lighting but fair prices too.
Wouldn’t recommend even one star. Most expensive unit in area and when we were told our unit was broken into, little was done to help out but promised to set up an appointment with cops. It never happened. When we asked why is the main gate open most of the time they said it’s been broken for a few months and when I asked when will it be fixed, the response was “...probably not for a while”. Ours weren't the only one broken into, so you’d think the owner would fix it right away. We were told there are security cameras but no attempt to follow up what was seen on them. I filed a police report so hoping they can get some footage, if there really are cameras...UPDATE: police reported that they were told the cameras aren't working. Wished I had read the reviews below before renting...
Would’ve rented another place knowing that their gate and cameras have been broken for months. Had my generator stolen off my camper and all they said was sorry. Drove by a month after getting my camper out and gate is still broken.
I grabbed what felt like the last storage unit in all of Bozeman earlier this year. The staff made booking the unit fast and easy, and access was a cinche. When I accidentally overpaid my monthly due by an extra zero, Bridget worked hard with me her management and the bank to make sure I got my money back. I don't have the unit anymore, but it worked great for the time I did.
This place insisted that renters use their locks and they kept a key in case you stopped paying. They could access your stuff and sell it the contents without cutting a lock. They had several reports of thefts without any forced entry. Subsequently blamed some contractors they had hired. Magically the “state of the art digital video” was also turned of during this time because of the contractors. Hmmm. I guess that doesn’t seem fishy at all, unless you are still breathing. In that case you know a thief when you see/hear/smell one. They changed their lock policy but do you want cocaine addicts watching over your items. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
