We just bought a 2020 Silverado High Country from Dustin and Tyler. Great salesman, highly recommend them!! They were johnny on the spot, when I would call with a question. We had to travel to buy it and had gotten everything from them over the phone or email. They were great to work with and would highly recommend either of these salesman.
Horrible new owner and customer service has gone down a steep hill. I received a letter from GM stating I could get money back from repairs on a recall on my car. I took the letter into the dealer and come to find out they deleted all my car work history since new ownership took over. So, they couldn't even help me get my money back and said have nice day. Really!! WOW I took my business up to Pullman, WA much better service and they even helped me with my warranty letter from GM by getting my car records from the old dealer head office. Now that is customer service thanks Pullman chevy dealer you have my business
Daughter and I went to look at a specific car...walked around waiting for a salesman. No one came out, we waited and walked around for 20min. Now before you say why didn't you go in...usually they run out and two a MAN showed up right after us and a salesman came right out to talk to him....
My sales person (Dustin Wilhelm) went above and beyond what I expected to happen. I had contacted him about getting out of my lease (1.5 yrs) on 2018 Honda accord. Getting into a truck. After crunching numbers and back fourth on phone calls. Dustin amazed me when he called and said I can get you into 2021 Chevy 1500 Z71 RST with 3.0L Turbo Diesel. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Also, I was thoroughly impressed with Dustins go getter work ethic to make it happen.. Thank you again Dustin Wilhelm!
Great service and advice concerning repairs for my car. Pleasant people to work with. Also so appreciated the shuttle to get me back to my hotel.
