I always deal with Jerry in sales. Love his personality. The service seems to frequently change areas for oil changes to and from express building and back to main building. Also seems to be booked out over a week now, when previously was able to book for the same week. Friendly staff in all departments. Courtesy shuttle is good too.

I’ve had a couple awesome experiences buying from Joe Hall! My girlfriend bought a car and I shortly bought one too! The staff made it so quick and easy and down to earth. And recently I wanted a different vehicle that was hard to find and they found one over 400 miles away from me and made even that process fast and easy. Mitch Holman specifically was an awesome salesman. He was real with me, honest and got me the best deal he could. I strongly recommend Joe Hall and already have! Keep it up!

Mitch is the best! I've never had an easier car buying experience. I went to Joe Hall Ford to test drive a car with my daughter. Mitch was so helpful and easy to deal with that my daughter and I both left with cars!
