Went a bit outside my comfort zone to try the Farm to Fig and was blown away! So flavorful and interesting. Super happy I tried it. We also got 1/2 Italian Sausage Supreme and it got rave reviews and was devoured quickly!
Absolutely delicious cream ale! Top notch brewery and brewpub! Amazing staff, special shout out to Sophie! Can't wait to be back in town and try more delicious beer from Bridger!
I have to admit, their Ellote pizza with chorizo is the absolute best pizza that I've ever had. We have a place called Slack water pizza that is like this place, but I have to admit this place was better. WOW! SO GOOD! My only complaint is that my bartender just gave me the check right after I reached my 3 limit on pints. I was still hungry and looking to order one of their desserts, but I didn't deduct any stars because this place really is phenomenal and a must go to if you're in the area.
In the top crust of breweries. The beer is really good and the pizza and salads are also. The staff and atmosphere is always enjoyable. The place can get super busy/ crowded so if that's not your thing skip the peak hours but still check it out.
