Tonight we went through the drive thru and it took a good 20 to 25 minutes to get to the window. I noticed there was too much chatting going on as we waited for our drinks. Definitely would have been better to go inside. Love this hot shots!!! But drive thru takes too long.

Love this coffee shop. Id give 5 stars, but it gets irritating when a drink you order every single time you go thru can never be made correctly the first time.. i hate having to ask for my drink to be remade cause it can put the worker in a bad mood or have their attitude switch because your asking them to fix something they didn't do right, which ive had happen a quite a few times, especially at the downtown location. And to be clear its not just new baristas that mess up from time to time, its also baristas that have been there for a while. Other than that ,hot shots is by far one of the BEST coffee shops in the valley.
