Pharmacist Cindy has been so helpful with my disabled brother’s medications over the years. When I had moved my parents into assisted living, she even overnighted prescriptions that we were nearly out of. This was so helpful during a time of transitionn& when the medications were needed most. Her above & beyond efforts saved the day and made everything go smoothly.nnAlso the fact that they do pill bubble packs is awesome and makes it so convenient! There is never any worry in mixing up meds or keeping track of doses taken... they given exceptional service always!

I love wasem's pharmacy and home medical because they are there for you... they have everything you need from shower chairs to comfortable chairs and maybe a hospital bed or two to paints , puzzles , for the wonderful artist in your life or if you are a camera buff they have you covered..and in between...come check them out...you will be glad you did..❤

I tried to get a prescription medical device from this place, but after nearly 3 weeks and numerous calls, its no closer to being completed than it was on day one. They promised to return my calls- they NEVER called me back. Then I was told after over 2 weeks had gone by that the paperwork had not even been started! Then I was told that they had no record of me at all!nnWhen I did finally get to talk to their person who managed the medical equipment department, she acted and sounded like she was irritated that I had disturbed her. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.nnNow I have to start this process all over again with another provider which further delays getting medical equipment that I need to get well.nnI have also informed my doctor about my experience so that they do not allow any other patient to waste their time.

Poor to say the least. In February I broke my leg because I blacked out because of bleeding ulcers. I was lifeflighted to kootenai hospital in Couer D' Alene Idaho. My husband called wasems home medical to see about a knee cart. He was told that he needed an RX to rent this cart. Our daughter picked up the RX and dropped it off; then picked up said cart. They asked if it was ok to back bill in case it wasn't covered. The owner said yes. Now they are keeping the money, that was sent by our insurance. The person I talked to said no one told them to backbill and that was not their M/O. I'm very sure this is illegal. Help!
