If you're looking to get your stuff delivered on time this is probably not the company to use they are over a week late. And still don't know if they're going to make that deadline! If this is how they treat their active military Then perhaps you would be better off looking in to a different company like Beacon Van lines or even American van lines which are both big reputable moving Companies.
