I have to admit that my past experience with moving companies has not been positive, but Mainstream Movers changed my opinion ud83eudd14. Mick and Jenn run a tight ship and go above and beyond to take care of their customers needs and/or any issue that might occur. Dependable, on-time and affordable. Will definitely support this local small business during my next move! Only advice I can give when dealing with them is to get your move scheduled CALL EARLY, at least 30 days before your move, so you can get an estimate and get on the schedule because they are super busy! But, I have needed them at the last minute to help me load or unload and Jenn or Mick have both been accommodating and flexible. Thanks for a great experience and will use again!

These guys are great. You can't make a better choice.nnMy elderly mother was moving about 100 miles. She lives in a different state than I do. I contacted Mainstream Movers to discuss the needs. They responded immediately and worked with me to schedule everything. They showed up on time, communicated well, executed professionally, and went the extra mile to make my mother comfortable. For example, after moving my mother's sewing machine into her new home they helped block up and level the machine where one of the legs is broken.nnCall them and see how they can help you.

BEWARE!!!nI used this company November of 2020. If I could give them fewer than no stars, I would. They were unprofessional, did not meet deadlines, said they bid lower than they should have (during the move), and asked for cash near the end of the move, stating they needed cash for the holidays. I supplied most of the boxes, and tape and ended up actually packing at least half of the house in boxes myself. There were things I requested NOT be packed, like pesticides and weed spray. They not only packed them, they put them in with canned beverages. I also had a couple of things with notes (as they asked) to pack last, such as dog food. These items were gone day one.nnThey drank the majority of beverages we had stored in the garage refrigerator - without asking.nnWhile each box was clearly labeled from the house, and each room in the new house had a corresponding description, VERY FEW of the boxes ended up in the correct room. In fact, most were left in the garage. Unpacking was really a scavenger hunt!!!nnThis company is horrible and made our move less pleasant then a move normally would be... HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We’ve emailed and called numerous of times just try to get a quote and no one ever answers or returns emails. Not a good first impression! We’ll pass!
