Not at all impressed with the customer service at the 10th Ave South location. Originally reserved for three days but circumstances warranted an extra day. Was originally given the ok by email to extend our reservation for a few hours but was then told by the local office asking us to return it since they “needed it”. Was charged a late fee on top of that! Keep the cash U-Haul. Maybe you guys can buy a coke and a smile. Buy a trailer folks.
I had to rent a car trailer and the whole experience was very nice and easy. The staff..all of them were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The gentleman that helped me today was extremely helpful. He saved me some money and walked me thru the rental process. I would definitely recommend the UHAUL on 10th ave S. I have to pick up my deceased daughter's car from another town...and this gentleman made my day a little easier with his professional attitude and kind nature. Thank you to the Company for employing such a person.
I use the online check in and only had an issue once and the manager there really helped out and got me squared away. This is the only uhaul I use now.
Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean.
These guys are awesome, they helped me out when the rental car company wouldn't let me pick up an already paid for ride....thanks for making the delivery of my mom's ashes painless u-haul way to be human.
