Hello,nI have rented on many occasions a storage unit from Frank. He is a great guy, friendly, honest and fair. Secure Mini Storage is my go-to place when I need a safe clean storage unit!

This business is owner operated by Frank and pride of ownership is evident from first contact with him and throughout the duration of your storage needs. I contacted Frank by phone from out of state having urgent need to store family memorabilia and other items at the last minute. Frank’s integrity and customer service immediately put me at ease and he made a unit available that I rented sight unseen. Frank provided stellar customer service throughout the duration of my storage needs and he was quick to provide access for me to retrieve my belongings on short notice. I am a Great Falls native and have lived in many different states where I had to utilize paid storage. I can say that Frank’s operation far surpassed my expectations and was the friendliest, cleanest and most well maintained facility that I’ve used. I would not hesitate to recommend Frank’s secure storage to anyone with storage needs - you won’t be disappointed!

The owner was very friendly and reasonable. We called him with literally 30 minutes notice on a weekend. He met us at the office right away and got us into a unit. We stored out items with Secure Mini Storage for 5 months with no issues.
