In most all of my experiences with Ressler, aside from when I’m actually buying something, Ressler fails to deliver on your commitments. In this case, saying a basic body repair (bumper replacement) would be complete by a certain day. It was not completed on that day and I received no call to let me know that it would be different. This is consistent with my experiences with Ressler. You can do better.
