I purchased a vehicle about a week ago and I am loving my car! This was my first time purchasing through a dealership and I was completely blown away by the amazing customer service I received. Bryan made this such an easy and stress free process - he was helpful but not pushy which I really appreciated. He had every single thing done for me by the time I came into the dealership to finish the process. All I had to do was sign the paperwork! A very stress free purchasing process, I never felt pressured to purchased. About a week after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that the horn didn't work and the brakes were concerning. Yes these things should have been checked when the truck came in, but regardless I took the truck in and they fixed the horn, and replaced the brake pads and rotors. Great response time and didn't charge me.
