Bozeman Ford Lincoln

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I have bought 4 new Fords from 4 different dealers, Bozeman Ford hands down take the cake. We were treated extremely professional and the staff was amazing. Terry and Pete were great! Terry was extremely knowledgeable about the F-150 we bought. Pete was great with the finances and even gave each of our kids a piece of candy! All in all if you are looking for a great experience at car buying, go here, you won’t be disappointed.

I got the vehicle I was looking for, used, at a good price. Brendan went out of his way to make absolutely sure the vehicle was completely correct prior to our taking delivery. Peter in the finance office was awesome in clearly explaining all our options. A very enjoyable and satisfying car buying experience. I was I Bozeman on business. It was -10F during the day and -20 at night. After spending the first night we went to the store before our meeting. The door latches froze open and the doors would not latch closed. I drove to the dealership for help and was offered none, other than directions to a car wash to warm the door grease to allow the latches to work again. So we drove through Bozeman holding our doors closed. Due to the freezing temps, the car washes were all closed as well. We discovered there was a recall on this truck for freezing door latches. I called the dealership again, pointing out the recall and the fact that we were from another state. I was told they couldn’t help me. I understand they couldn’t fix the recall, but there was apparently no help to me at all! I was offered a “good luck”.nI found a car wash bay to get out of the wind, took my door apart, and forced the frozen cable back to the closed position with a screw driver. I had to roll down my window and open the door from the outside for the remainder of our trip, which is fine. I only wish Ford would offer SOME help when a full repair isn’t possible. I guess I can say i had the luck they offered because my fingers didn’t freeze off while I forced the cable back closed.

I would definitely buy a vehicle from these guys again. They had quick speedy service. They were not pushy.nI bought a used vehicle which ended up having some issues that I didn’t find out about until the next day. They agreed to fix the issues at no cost to me. I was very impressed. Thank you Stewart for great customer service!!

Terry was excellent to work with. He was very helpful and made the buying process very efficient for me. It was all via email and phone. All I had to do was bring the check and pick up the vehicle. Great service. Thank you and happy holidays.
