Fairy Lake Campground

Very very beautiful, but good luck finding a spot to camp! It seems to always be packed and teens seem to think it's a party spot, their screams at the lake echo off the mountain at night.

Newer free campground in a prime location for Bridger range hiking access. Good fire pits and tables, great view of Sacagawea peak. However, the sites are way too close together and have virtually zero foliage to provide privacy between sites. Seems like all the trees that used to provide this were cut down? Strange. TP is never stocked. Also, don't be alarmed if you hear rusting around your tent at night, it's most likely mountain goats instead of a bear! Road in is fairly rough but 2wd-passable.

Absolutely my favorite place in the bridgers

Great campground. The totally rebuilt it two years ago and now it's well laid out. The lake is a short hike away, great place for kids!
