Went through the drive through and ordered my moms coffee and mine. Got to the window and paid, I was only handed one coffee (my moms) I mentioned to them that I had another coffee with they went and made with no hassle. After we left we realized that they didn't add the coffee to my moms mocha it just tasted like a hot chocolate. This was our first time going to city brew and will probably not go back.

My standard tall black coffee (w/cream) was smooth and hot. My fam had seasonal pumpkin blends (cold brew & frappe), a vanilla latte and white chocolate macadamia nut breve- all well made and tasty!nService was friendly and great.nMy only complaint is that my turkey, bacon & egg burrito left the turkey & bacon somewhere else (very little on the burrito).nHowever, my wife’s ham and Swiss pretzel sandwich was excellent!

I'm giving a 5 because my drink is always made correctly, exactly how I request. The employees are friendly! Today I went around 10 and it was a bit slow...but worth the wait!

The staff here was friendly. Even at 10:00 they're already quite busy and had been for some time. They had Earl Gray tea that actually tasted right, I appreciate that. They were really quick to handle all the different customers. After my large tea steeped for a while it still had little flavor. I opened the lid to discover they only put one tea bag, the same thing the would put in a small cup. I also asked for honey, which they put in behind the counter. There was no sense of sweetness in the cup. So if you like your tea with flavor be sure to ask for an extra tea bag or order small
