Peggy was recommended by a friend. I called twice and left messages including my phone number. Never got a call back. Receptionist was not apologetic so I’m off to find some else. Don’t waste your time.

We were referred here by a friend, who ensured us that they were the best and we’d have a great experience filling our taxes with them. They could never be more wrong. This was the worst experience we have ever had while filing our taxes. We understood that there would be some challenges with the Covid situation, but we never expected it to be so horrendous. We had a lot of information that we needed to go over with Kathy, but we never got the opportunity and this negatively effected our tax return. The entire time we felt like we were an annoyance to them. From the receptionist all the way to Kathy we did not feel welcomed at all. Our communication with Kathy was a little too nonexistent, and any that we did have was met with a condescending tone. I would say the best and friendliest email we received was the automatically generated email at the end asking for our payment. If you want to have your taxes filed by a company whose only intentions are to get your money then by all means use Gallatin Valley Tat services. However, if you’re looking for a pleasant experience this is not the company for you. We will never be using them again, and we have warned our friends and coworkers to steer clear.If you want to have your taxes filed by a company whose only intentions are to get your money then by all means use them. Sharon Roe knows her way around dividends, health savings accounts, medical savings accounts, college savings accounts, marketplace insurance, self-employment, and many other tax laws. She is always on-time, thorough and efficient. CPA's I've used have not been as good!
