This team met all of my needs. They were professional and I felt delivered my taxes on time and informed me what I needed to do for the future. Highly recommend this company.

I had a awful experience with this company. I’m sure they are good at what they do but I’m a very friendly person and appreciate good customer service in a service that is very expensive. After a very rude receptionist answering the phone it upset me, I emailed them and told them about my experience and told them I’d make a different arrangement for the question I was originally calling about, they emailed me and told me the rude receptionist was the wife of the business and they would no longer work with us because I mentioned her attitude towards them in the email. I’m a business owner myself and accept feedback well but apparently they did not. They have no idea what is going on in our life or anyone’s so treating people nicely is always a first in customer service. I hope this helps them not ruin the next person’s already bad day when all they might have is a quick question.
