Nice way to stay cool; clean and well taken care of pool area. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Service desk all ways has an attendant present.

Was treated with disrespect when sitting near the hot tub with my family and was told we had to leave... Unacceptable.

Purchase the family membership for my girlfriend and I approximately 3 months ago have enjoyed going there very much. I went in to have my girlfriend's membership canceled or put on hold and to do so I would have to cancel my membership as well. Or they told me if I would like to put a restraining order against my ex girlfriend they would drop the cancellation fee. I understand there should be a fee for canceling it but then there should also be an offset for the days that you're not using. So it worked out that for membership of two for 7 days I got a $2.15 refund and aquatic center charge me $13.50 refund fee. So just anybody who has a family membership be aware that if you have to cancel somebody you have to cancel yours as well and the whole family. I mention to the lady who was helping me that it almost sounds illegal to have fees refunds policies and not have them posted or at the time of signing up. She just shook her head.nLove the place recommended to everybody. Cancellation policies, fees and other charges need to be available to the members when signing up.

Over crowded, no where to sit. Hot and sweaty in there. The pools were really nice though

First time here. Worth the money. My daughter and I had a lot of fun! If you find your self here..... It's a must go!
