After spending a few nights camping at Dworshak State Park, we discovered our travel trailer brake had completely failed. We limped from the park into the RNR RV Center in Lewiston in desperate need of help before attempting our return home to Boise. We were promptly greeted and received immediate attention to diagnose the problem. Even though the Lewiston area was experiencing 103 degree weather at the time, two service technicians braved the heat and quickly determined there had been a wiring short to the brake system. They quickly prioritized us and made the repairs in short order and we were on our way once again. I can't compliment the staff and crew enough for their welcoming and helpful attitudes! I highly recommend this service center and the service we received.

I would like to thank RNR for standing behind their repair work. We had repairs performed on our aqua-hot system and a week later we determined that it was not working properly. RNR in Lewiston got us in on very short notice and spent numerous hours researching and tracking down the issue. Service manager Steve, technician Jericho and his crew went above and beyond to resolve our problem. Thank you RNR for your professionalism and honesty.

Worst service ever! Accepted my camper for repair over a month ago. Stopped by to check status over 1 month later. Not touched and then sent a new employee out to tell us that they weren’t going to fix it because they were too busy. So camping trip is in 2 weeks and they sat on it for over a month with no phone call. Shared our story on LC Valley review and we’ve had 106 similar stories from friends in the valley. Do not trust this business to do what they say they will! Horrible reputation which I wished we had checked out ahead of time.
