I always get great service from the staff at P1FCU. They seem to always have best CD rates and are so easy to work with. The communications and account statements are really easy to understand. They really support and care about our community too. You can't do better than P1FCU!

I am a relatively new customer here. I was able to get there, park and go inside easily with my disability. There was a table of face masks immediately inside. The floor was clearly marked with adequate and bright blue social distancing spots. The employees all wore masks but despite that, the smiles were apparent. There is Plexiglas between tellers and customers. I felt very safe and Rhett answered all of my questions in a manner I easily understood and wrote me notes to help me remember his instructions and he was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. His kindness and pleasance was icing on the cake. It does not feel like an errand you've gotta do. It feels like a place to go when you need dependable help and to be taken care of. I highly recommend.

This is by far the best banking institution I've been involved with staff is very helpful and always looking to help you with your needs.

I've been a P1FCU member since 2017. I have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service from lobby, to drive thru to loan servicing.

The service is top notch, the interest rates are competitive, the staff is helpful, and I believe in the support P1FCU gives each community it resides in.
