I miss New Frontiers! Natural Grocers is somewhat better than Whole Foods. At least fairly normal people shop there instead of the uppity Yuppie Karens that shop at Whole Foods. Especially the employees, neither store do any of the employees great you or ask how your day is, or how's your day going. Rather disappointing that yet another corporate machine mentality has become a fixture in Sedona.
This is a magnificent organic store. I absolutely love it. This is the only store I've seen where all produce is organic.
I had some issues on an overcharge. After talking to management at the store level as well as the corporate office with no luck, I decided to try one more time to resolve things. I stopped by the Sedona store today and in minutes the cashier took care of me. Unbelievable!nVisited on March 18, at 1:05 PM. Lane #5,nChecker #25370, Transaction #58.nExcellent. Thank you so much. The store was clean. They look COVID SAFE since they require masks, sanitize their carts and ask to maintain 6 feet social distance. The employees were all wearing masks properly and the lady who helped me was very nice and friendly. She offered to help me bag my items by giving me a box - environmental friendly! Super happy! Will return.
